I think this company are very deceitful and their customer service is a disgrace. It seems that Kerry only added on one bag - we are two friends booking a holiday, paying separately, why would we only want one bag? What I didn't understand is how, if we only have one 15kg bag, when the price was agreed per person surely one of us should have paid £50 less? After a discussion with his manager he managed to get it down to £555pp (my understanding of this was flight, hotel, baggage and transfer each as we were discussing PER PERSON) £590pp, I didn't understand how it was that much when the holiday was advertised as £499 online plus 15kg luggage at £50 and the airport transfer in Palma, Majorca approx. During our conversation we discussed the price of the holiday per person which Kerry informed me was approx. I booked a holiday with Kerry on the 12th July 2015. Oh and I did send a email regarding this a month ago again NO RESPOND!!! I’M EXPECTING CALL TOMMOROW WITH FULL EXPLANATION AND A EMAIL WITH BOOKING FOR ANOTHER 2 NIGHTS AS THAT’S A MINIMUM YOU SHOULD DO TOMMOROW!!! ARE YOU TRYING TO IGNORE ME TILL THEN SO I WILL ARRIVE THERE JUST TO CONFIRM THAT YOUR COMPANY IS A ONE BIG WASTE OF SPACE WHICH CAN’T DEAL WITH A SIMPLE REQUEST!! DO I NEED TO DRIVE DOWN TO LONDON TO SPEAK WITH A QUALIFIED PERSON which will know what to do with a very disappointed customer. AGAIN ANOTHER WEEK GONE NO ONE GET BACK TO ME!!! Dear useless customer service can someone get back to me with the answer why on earth I need to wait a month for you to fix your own mistake!!!!! My flight is one week away. Yes Stuart promised me that he will book two missing nights and HE WILL CALL ME TO CONFIRM WHEN IT’S DONE. Yes Stuart apologise for the mistake, again didn’t have a clue what I discussed last time when I was calling so I had to start all over again…. And surprise surprise another week gone no one get back to me!!!! I called again week later demanding to speak with a manager, but nooo manager was to busy to talk and couldn’t be bothered to call me back!! So I end up speaking to Stuart. Finley didn’t have any idea why I’m calling so obviously my previous call was waste of time as no one even bothered to make some notes!!!! Again the same story I wasted 2 hours on line but finally Finley promised me to book missing 2 nights and send me confirmation email confirming the changes. I WAITED A WEEK!!!! So as you can imagine I called again week later and spoke with Finley. We will get back to you within 48 hours!! NO ONE DID. Again guy on phone assured me I will still be able to stay in hotel on the night of the 4th!!! This again is a lie!! So at the end when I requested to have it in writing he asked me to hold the line for 20 min just to say oh yes we got a problem with your booking and we need to investigate. Which summarising is leaving us homeless for two days. I’m working in hotel myself and EARLY CHECK IN DO NOT WORK 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE!!!! The same with check out day it is on 4th of August and our flight is early morning on 5th of August. He assured me that when I will arrive at 2 am in morning in hotel I will be able to check in disputing the fact that my flight is on 25th of July and accommodation starts from 26th of July!!! He was trying to lie to me on phone saying that he request early check in for us. Problem was guy on the phone didn’t listen to me and I wasted an hour to get him to understand I was right not him. Next day I and my friends realised that dates for the flight do not match dates for our accommodation. On June 26th I rang your company and booked holidays to Majorca.
